Learn to stand on your Feet

Feet are your foundation, whether you are standing, walking or running. your feet are doing the work. To keep the 60 joints, 200 muscles ligaments and tendons healthy, strong and mobile, your posture, alignment and movements needs to be a lifestyle. Let’s keep those dogs happy. We will explore basic foot ankle stretches, strengthening, balance training. You will learn how to keep your feet balanced and energized.

IYCPB 14 Day Yoga Challenge Begins April 1st
Is it hard for you to find the time to get on your mat, once on your mat is it hard to decide what to do, or do you have physical issues you allow to prevent you from getting on your mat?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this challenge is for you.
What you will get: an email each morning with a sequence or something to provoke your practice, one led group practice, I will be available for questions and we will all be able to communicate (as a group) with a Closed Facebook group which I will create.
FYI: Even one pose per day is valid.
